This class covers Owner Behaviors, Puppy Behaviors, and Pre-Canine Good Citizen Test Behaviors including puppy training information such as housetraining, chewing, the most effective way to teach practical skills such as coming when called. Basic skills covered include sit, down come when called, name recognition, taking treats gently, sitting politely for petting and relinquishing objects. Week 1 is orientation without your puppy. Please bring vaccination records for your pup on the first evening.
In compliance with state mandates, masks will be required and attendance will be limited to one person per registered dog.
